Annual team garden visit
Every summer, the Charlotte Rowe design team goes on an annual garden visit trip, and this year, we explored many beautiful places across the West Country. We visited a number of gardens including our own Hampshire project, the lovely garden in Batcombe designed and owned by Libby Russell, the fascinating gardens at Caisson House, West Lavington Manor House and the delightful Little Benville House. We also visited Hauser & Wirth, the Newt in Somerset and Roche Court Sculpture Park. We were able to get some real inspiration from these landscapes and gardens. Despite some typically British rainy weather on the first couple of days, our spirits remained high, and we thoroughly enjoyed every visit. On the last day, the sun finally came out, making it a perfect end to our trip!
These pictures feature Richard Long's art at Roche Court Sculpture Park, Libby Russell's Batcombe garden, and the Japanese garden at Manor House.
