This
little garden (5m x 6m) in Chiswick in West London faces South and
had tons of potential. But it was crying out for some
love and attention. Our client had just finished carrying
out major works and she had created a lovely light kitchen/
dining room. Now she wanted to be able to continue her
entertainment space outside but she also wanted to keep
the garden simple and elegant rather than super-contemporary.
The garden is small so we decided that it would
appear large if the space was broken up to two distinct
areas. As our client did not want anything too angular
or geometric, we created a sweeping curved old stock
brick wall leading off the dining area by the kitchen.
