Contract administrationOnce the landscaping is underway, you can commission Charlotte Rowe Garden Design to administer the contract on your behalf. This will involve regular site visits on your behalf, the signing off of work as it is completed and the certification of completed work. The main reason for this is that landscaping is a specialised area which requires a range of skills. Garden landscaping has a number of construction challenges which are unlike any potential problems found in the interior of a house. Not least weather and wear issues. Therefore, it is particularly important that an experienced and knowledgeable landscaper is recruited to carry out major external works. We can help you select your contractor and administer the contract to
give you peace of mind and ensure that the project remains within budget
and on time.
