Our
clients had a very attractive little courtyard (5 metres
x 4 metres) outside the kitchen of their beautiful little
house in Hammersmith West London.
They already have a wonderful large country garden and
wanted to make their London courtyard work harder for
them as an extension to the house. They required extra
living and entertaining space to use and enjoy even
on dark winter evenings. They also wanted to be able
to store their bicycles and all the garden cushions
under cover, difficult in such a small space. In summary,
they wanted a funky interesting outdoor space which
both worked like an external living room and looked
interesting throughout the year.
